We answer with Wine Enthusiast's Winemaker of the Year, CHARLES SMITH WINES of course! That's right, Niche Restaurant and Charles Smith/ K Vintners a...re teaming up for what is certain to be a hedonistic orgy of wine and food. To ensure this event is absolutely unforgettable we have decided to pour the 100 point masterpiece known as Royal City Syrah 2006! We are officially taking reservations and expect seats to fill quickly. WARNING: Foodies and Oenophiles are certain to end up terminally depressed, crying and curled up in the fetal position if they miss this event. So for the love of fine dining be sure not to miss it. Niche Restaurant had an incredible, unpretentious meal last night at graham elliots in the city. 12 courses including pop rock encrusted foie lollipops, truffled popcorn, mascarpone filled twinkie croutons with caesar salad, chestnut soup with maple marshmallow, root beer bbq'd pork belly with fried pickles, bratwurst studded cheddar r...isotto and caramely smoked popcorn to take home.
