What a great annual meeting this year! Thanks to the nearly 6,500 of you who attended -
your enthusiasm, scientific excellence, and interest in the world
around you kept a happy buzz in the air! Over 850 people attended the
field trips and ~440 people took advantage of the short courses.
Social/Web media had a strong prese...nce at the meeting, generating more
than 430 tweets on Twitter, under search topic #GeoPort, and 50 blogs.
