George Galloway MP Just a note to all my friends on this site - almost 5000 of you now (plus 5000 on the main site with a huge number on the waiting list). I am deeply touched to know that so many of you have appreciated what I've done or at least are interested enough in what I stand for to sign up. I don't usually have the time to writ...e as much as I'd like but I wanted to say this line of communication is going to be much busier over the next 100 weeks or so. I estimate there's about 22 months to go to the election and I will be trying for a sixth straight general election victory, this time in the new east london constituency of Poplar and Limehouse. This new seat will now contain some of my present constituency of Bethnal Green and Bow and will lose Canning Town which now moves into Newham. It will be a three horse race - between Respect, New Labour and the Conservatives...no Liberal Democrat applied to stand in the constituency! And it will be very close. So...if you can give me ANY help...

I do read the wall whenever I can Michael. I couldn't stand for mayor because that would have weakened the re-election chances of Ken Livingston and helped the anti-Muslim racist neo-con Boris Johnston. Next time may be different, if God spares me. Best regards to you all.

I wish each and every one of my friends a happy and loving Valentine's Day. May you spend it in the arms of those who love you. Or at least in their dreams.

You can contact your MP on 020 7 219 3000. Ask for your MP by name and speak to him or his staff. If there is no-one in his office ask the switchboard if you can leave a messsage. THIS is an emergency.
Your MP can also be written to by e-mail. All MPs e-mail addresses are formatted in the same way. For example if your M...P's name was David Green his e-mail would be greend@parliament.uk
Please urgently and strongly convey your demand for british government action to lift the siege on the Palestinians..

George Galloway MP My main pre-occupation today is the siege and massacre of the palestinians in Gaza. Would all British friends urgently contact their MPs to express their horror at the government's silence as Palestinian men women and children are being starved shot and bombed to death. Only a couple of weeks ago the Bliar and the smir...king chimp were meeting in Jerusalem to promise palestinian deliverance was just a few months away. Now the power has been cut off and the people are dying. And all because in a "Democracy"...they voted the "wrong" way..
