Mark your calend...ars now for Saturday, August 8th, 2009! The Georgia 4-H Foundation will be hosting the 2nd Annual Twilight on the Lake Alumni & Friends event. Please plan to join us for an evening full of fun and fellowship!
We are excited to announce that The Swingin' Medallions will be our entertainment for the evening; come prepared to kick off your shoes and have a great time!
The cost of dinner/entertainment is $28 per person; dinner/lodging packages in Founders Lodge and cabins start at $55. Please book early to secure lodging in the new cabin and Founders Lodge. We expect space to sell out quickly!

Priscilla-Prissy Williams Wooten Are any of you here in a 4H horse club in your hometowns? If so are you going to Perry this yr.? This is the last yr that my Daughter will be eligible to go, because she turns 18 at the end of July.

The Georgia 4-H Kroger Customer Cabin Campaign is January 31 to February 21, 2009!
Kroger customers can donate by purchasing 4-H Icons in the amounts of $1, $5, and $50 in stores throughout Georgia. Kroger will also have 4-H “We've Always Been Green” reusable shopping bags for purchase for $2. February 7 is 4-H “Green ...Kids Day” at Kroger, featuring 4-H'ers bagging groceries, pumping gas, presenting their project work, and accepting tips for the cabin effort. in 2008, Kroger customers raised $70,000 toward the $250,000 needed for the new cabin at Rock Eagle 4-H Center. This year's contribution goal is $180,000 to meet the total goal.
