Jenifer Miller I am finding that there are a lot of cookies being sold and already delivered to buyers on Ebay. Can someone tell me how the cookies are being distributed already? I understand that they may be selling old cookies from last year however, I found people getting the thank you berry much cookie? Are they distributed at different dates in the U.S.?

Has GSUSA contacted eBay and asked for their assistance in removing the illegal auctions? I know in the past, Microsoft has been able to have auctions removed that are found to be in violation of their EULA..

Unfortunately, Ebay doesn't deem the selling of cookies as illegal, since they're real products and not a scam of any kind. GSUSA has tried to put a stop to this, but the best they (and any council) can do is to contact the sellers directly, and ask that they remove the items.

You bet we are! On the cookie forms, there is actually a box customers can check if they want to donate cookies (second column from the left, where it says, "Donate Cookie Packages," in green type). You can use this box for Operation Cookie Drop donations, as well as Gift of Caring donations. Of course, if your troop is opting for Gift of Caring, ...
