The problem seems to be that they haven't publicly admitted there is a problem, and if they will have the issue resolved in a month then they should halt orders and exchanges and advise that once the issue is corrected they will exchange all the bad LCD's. As long as Apple stays quiet I think that Giz is doing whats neccessary to make them speak up (officially).
