As we are currently visiting churches I can SO relate to all you are describing here. Disneyworld shouldn't be the best at welcoming guests... it should be the local church. But golly it's a hodge podge of strange and funny traditions that seem more for the needs of the current church members than the incoming (or in many cases, in the front door... Read More out the back door) guests... I think more evangelism and discipleship could happen in spades if churches just focused on improving guest relations :-)
