Philippe Thibault Chateau St. Jean's first ever Pinot Gris from Cold Creek Ranch. 2008 vintage just released. Inviting aromas of pear, melon, quince, kiwi, green apple, wet stone, arugula, white pepper and jasmine. Medium-body, medium-acid, creamy texture with a very crisp, refreshing taste.
