Read More you like, alternating tracks daily is a good idea. The key to absorbing hypnotic suggestion is to put your feelings and emotions into it so that you really accept every suggestion as real. The more often you hear the suggestions the quicker your unconscious mind gets the message and you will then respond to the suggestions automatically in your every day life.

I'm often confused about hypnosis cd's, because I never actually know when changes become permanent. Sometimes it feels like a drug that has to be taken everyday and as soon as you stop using it the changes will reserve.

The confidence title may also help and I would use the self hypnosis guide as that will help you with focus. You will be fine, just visualise yourself in the interview looking self-assured and confident. Do this as many times as you can in the run up to the interview and you will fine on the day.
