Laura Bligh I have a daffodil blooming today in my front yard! It's not even "Rijnveld's Early Sensation," normally my earliest bloomer, sometimes by Christmas. Today's beauty is one of the tazettas, "Avalanche." It smells wonderful but looks a bit silly among the fallen leaves.

Brent and Becky's Bulbs survived what was slightly worse than Hurricane Isabelle in 2003. We're all safe. One staff member's Mom lost her home and another staff member hasn't been home since Wednesday becasue she couldn't get there. But all in all, we're very fortunate!
