Godalming Christmas Lights Switch-on will be on Friday, 27 November 2009 at 7.30 pm. Entertainments will commence at 5.45 pm. Switch-on by former Formula One champion, Damon Hill, at 7.30 pm. Damon will be joining Hilary O'Neil and Lloyd Hollett, who are sta...rring in this year's Cinderella pantomime at the Yvonne Arnaud Theatre in Guildford and Eagle Radio's Peter Gordon, who will be the Master of Ceremonies for the switch-on evening.
Come and see Father Christmas in his sleigh and the procession from the Town Council offices up to Godalming High Street from approximately 7.15 pm.
The High Street will be closed to vehicles between 5.45 pm and 8.30 pm.
