Becky Fisk Colaw Gone for Good today!!! We will be visiting nursing homes . . . I find it much easier to work hard in the heat!!!! But I am looking forward to the smiles the kids put on peoples' faces!!!!

Gone For Good Bakersfield, CA Our first ever Gone for Good, back when we called it "Work your rear off on Sunday instead of sitting in a comfortable chair". (I'm still not sure why that didn't catch on.) We worked with Keep Bakersfield Beautiful to clean up an alley way that was used for illegal dumping.

Pitch away Jana! We go out the last Sunday of every month. It's a big ask for most churches, but I wanted to be sure serving the least of these was embedded in our DNA. It's so easy to hear a sermon on it, intend to do something and never find the time. I wanted our fellowship to see it as a normal part of following Jesus not an add on program. You... See More're welcome to the logo, shirt design, web design, ideas etc.. Let me know how I can help i'd love to see it happening all over the place. Start small get your small group or Sunday school to do it and then invite a sm group from another church.
