Judy Wakefield Please bring this little boy home to the only family he has ever known. Joey needs to know that he has not been abadoned or forgotten by the only parents he has ever known. If he is taken away from the Blackfords he well have abandonment issues for the rest of his life. This i know from a personal level.please dont let him go through what our little girl is still going through after 9 yrs. thank you
