Gospel For Africa There is nothing which shows our immaturity so much as our impatience under trials. We forget that every cross is a message from God, and intended to do us good in the end. Trials are intended to wean us from the world and to drive us to our knees. Health is a good thing; but sickness is far better, if it leads us to G...od. Prosperity is a great mercy, but adversity is a greater one, if it brings us closer to Christ.
Gospel For Africa Happy New Year everyone! May the sovereign Lord of all history and time bless you in new and amazing ways in 2010! But above all, may Christ draw your hearts closer and closer to His heart and create in all of us fresh and deeper affections to love Him supremely and to seek Him as our most cherished Treasure!

Gospel For Africa Because of God's mercy and the compassionate financial support of GFA's partners, approximately 5000 people living in the southern Sudanese village of Buong have access to fresh water through a newly dug and installed well! Also, the Sudanese school children that GFA sponsored starting in 2006 have clean water to bathe... in and drink! Oh join me in blessing the name of the Lord!!!
Gospel For Africa Just received news this week that a new water well which Gospel For Africa funded and sponsored was successfully installed in Southern Sudan! We give thanks and glory to our Lord for this significant blessing, which is now providing life-sustaining water for thousands of people in this remote Sudanese village!
Gospel For Africa "Sing praises to the Lord, O you His saints, and give thanks to His holy Name." - Psalm 30:4 ---- Let us give thanks to the Lord continually, especially for His indescribable, inexpressible gift of grace offered to sinners at the Cross! Oh how our salvation should cause us to gush forth in thanks and praise to such a wonderful Savior!!!

Gospel For Africa "you were ransomed from the futile ways . . . not with perishable things such as silver or gold, but with the precious blood of Christ (1 Peter 1:18-19). This transaction removes our sin from us. We now stand before a Holy God just as if we had never sinned, "justified freely by his grace" (Romans 3:24). Guilty, vile a...nd helpless we, Spotless Lamb of God was He; Full atonement, can it be? Hallelujah, what a Savior!

He chose to stand condemned where we belong, for God "had made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him" (2 Corinthians 5:21). Bearing shame and scoffing rude,... In my place condemned He stood, Sealed my pardon with His blood: Hallelujah, what a Savior!
Gospel For Africa Worldliness is one of the greatest dangers of the soul. It's an enticing and powerful enemy. It seems so harmless to seek our happiness in this world. Yet it's a most deadly disposition! Many lay up treasure on earth and forget to lay up treasure in heaven. May we remember this! Where are our own hearts? Are our chief ...affections on things here or things in heaven? Life or death depends on the answer!
