Anchor Steve Eickman, president of Anchor, earns Ruth Edevold Award for Excellence in Leadership. This award is presented annually by the Northwest Minnesota Foundation and recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to an organization, workplace or community, and has an active role in joint ventures. Eickman will be allowed to choose a nonprofit organization to receive a $1,000 unrestricted grant.

Evan Hammond joins Anchor's Creative Team as a Web Developer.
A native of Alexandria, Minnesota, Evan received his BS in graphic communications from Minnesota State University – Moorhead. Before joining Anchor, Evan interned at Catalyst Studios in Minneapolis as an Action Script 3 Developer. When he's not working, Evan is an avid video game player and also has a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.

Anchor Anchor Takes The Grill South Of The Border In the third installment of Anchor's grilling competition, Team 3 dished out steak and chicken fajitas with all the fixings, grilled corn on the cob, chips and sauce, plus cold beer (nonalcoholic of course) and lemonade to wash it all down. They saved the best for last with fried mexican ice cream that made everyone say ole.
