Calvin College CAS Department Join us in supporting the participants of the CAS 101 Rhetoric Contest! Monday, November 30 at 3:30pm in the Bytwerk Theater.
Calvin College CAS Department Come out and support the Calvin Theatre Company in its production of "The No-Frills Revue", a musical "Saturday Night Live!" November 12-14 at 8:00pm in the Lab Theatre.
Calvin College CAS Department On Wedneday, December 2nd at 7:00pm, Jessica Hopper will be leading us in "The Girls' Guide to Rocking". All ages and genders encouraged to attend for theoretical and practical advice about starting a band! It's FREE! Join us at the Ladies Lit Club.

George Visser Did you know the CAS 250 Class has a fan Page for the Monkey Stick Pitch where you can find links to shows. Check it out!
This 10-minute variety show is produced by students of Calvin College enrolled in the Fall 2009 offering of CAS 250, Multi-Camera Production. A "monkey stick" is passed among street musicians to indicate "it's your turn to perform." "Pitch" is another name for a busker's act.

Although Samuel Vega had never acted before -- in fact, he had never heard of the Shakespeare Theater -- the professional actors were astounded by how the teenager was naturally gifted.
