Maybe my math is wrong, but under the Funding section, I thought the math is 1/2 of what it should be. 1.12 mills x 150k = $168 or $14/mo (not $7 you claim), the same goes for the enhancement of 0.16mills. Or am I understanding it wrong???

Basically, the millage is computed against the taxable value which typically is 1/2 or less of the fair market value. That's why your math gets to twice what the campaign says. we go with the market value since most know what their market value is and not teh taxable value.
