Katherine Van Slyke Wolfe i cant believe that a certian store in lowell would make one of its hair salons remove there angle tree because it is against there lease policies.
it is condisidered soliciting are you kidding me?????????
what about the kids who now wont be getting presents???
this is so appauling to me this store is about helping out the community what a joke.

Interesting. Looking into it a bit further, it's actually related to messaging from a portable device rather than a computer. So, using a cell phone to send a text message or email takes less energy. Good to know!
