Michael Saiz Making green chile stew right now in this San Antonio rain.

Jennifer Thompson I bought some Green Chile Seeds from Hatch.com last year and grew them in Northern California. They were actually pretty good and really prolific - just need to water a lot (contrary to popular belief) at first and then less when they get older. Leave them on the vine and you can get red chiles late in the season. They... love the heat of NoCal but need tons of water as it doesn't rain.

Rosemary Dale What I'd give for a plate of anything smothered with green chile! I moved back to the U.K. after 24 years in Albuquerque. The thing I miss the most is a leisurely drive through the North Valley and dinner at Casa Benavides or Sadies. Fall isn't quite the same without the aroma of roasting chile. (Second thing is the blue sky!)
