Yes this is a very crucial point in history. If we are to retain our freedoms as outlined in the US Constitution then we need to support those who are unjustly prosecuted for expressing themselves. As was the SHAC7 and AETA4 casses so also the RNC 8. The repression of dissent is spreading. I also am facing 90 days in jail and or $1000 fine for honking my horn for peace. The ACLU is defending me as they are also those who had their literature confiscated at the St. Paul Convergence Center. We are truly in the Heart of the Beast which is also the name of a fantastic puppet and theatre group in Minneapolis.

Hi Amanda: To be more clear, she was subpoenad, not indicted. That means she was called to testify before the grand jury, but she is not charged with a crime. If she refuses to testify, she faces jail time. And if she does, there's a possibility anything she says could be used against her if she is indeed a suspect in the case. Does that make more sense?
