Please join us for Mr. John Sewell’s presentation on “Beta Engineering – Power Systems / Electrical Distribution Systems” on October 20th. The presentation will provide a cursory review of the electrical transmission system (the Grid) in the US and the challenges that lie ahead for the industry. Discussion will includ...e future load projections and the steps needed to meet those needs. A general explanation of transmission infrastructure and its related components will be portrayed including a description of how power gets from the generator to the end user.
