Are you finding it hard to make time for yoga? You are not alone. In our busy lives where most people work a 9-5 during the day, and take care of families at night, it is easy for yoga to take a back seat. This series will give you ideas on how to set a practice that is convenient and rewarding.

A Child's Haven is a wonderful organization we would like to support and bring greater awareness of all that this amazing organization does for our underprivileged and often abused toddlers. A Child's Haven is a place of uplift and transformation for young children whose development has been delayed by poverty, neglect... and abuse. All proceeds will be donated to this wonderful organization.
Refreshments will be served afterwards. Any contribution for the refreshments are also welcome (cake, baked goods, etc).
We would really appreciate it if you could support the event and look forward to seeing you.
If you are unable to attend any donations will be most graciously accepted.
