Check out this bike from Delta7. Not having gone to Interbike this year I didn't get a chance to see this in person then. But it's made it's way to the shop and we're getting a chance to take a good look now. It's cool... and rides nice.....

Faced with so many choices- which light is the best choice for your night riding needs? Do you need basic lights for occassionally being caught out after dark, safety lights for on road winter city riding, commuting on rural roads, or technical off-road use...

Every year Gregg's Cycle goes out to 10 or 12 events and we do mechanical support for those rides (you can see more at greggscycles.com/itswhatwedo). It's great marketing for us and adds value to the ride by easing the fears that people might have about fixing their bikes during long rides...

I finished the Trek Triathlon this morning. I had a major set back when I was racking my bike before the start. My rear tire was completely flat. Gregg's Cycle was a major sponsor of the event and had a bike station in the transition area. The great folks at Gregg's diagnosed the problem (the tube), gave me a replaceme...nt and had it installed within 10 minutes. FREE. Such great people at such a great company. All my gear is coming from Gregg's from now on! THANK YOU.Read More

The question:I see so many riders with clip-in pedals and shoes. I know they would increase my riding efficiency, but I'm really nervous about falling if I have to stop suddenly. What is your advice about clip-ins?Jennie's Answer:Hi Rose,Thanks for your question...

Jackson Hill Im new here. Are there any shops that sell Dirt jump type Hardtails?

The leaves are just starting to turn and the nights are just starting to get a little chilly and while summer isn't over yet, Cyclocross season is just around the corner. Cyclocross is arguably the most fun bike racing you can do, as well as the most challenging. The community is great, and the weather is generally bad..., but it's always a good time. The Northwest is a great place for Cyclocross and there are dozens of races between September and January.
If you are interested in participating, this is the clinic for you. We'll have local racers in the room to tell you all about the sport. What you'll need to participate, great places to practice and take you through a typical race day. There will also be plenty of time for questions.Read More
