Their grip strength training manual is second to none, and I can also highly recommend John Brookfield's stuff. Got his blue print for grips strength DVD recently - Just when you think you can't find ...any more grip exercises...

Matt Zanelotti Has anyone here worked with any iron minds products? I have been a captain of crush client for 4 years. Started when I shattered my 4th and 5 metacarpal started with the trainers and worked my way up to the #1's in a month or so. Got to the #2's then flatlined. Took a break and let my tendons rest and game was on. Also... wanted to know is anyone has any pinch grip exercises they recomend.
