I have checked in Peninsula Hotel by Oct 16, 2008
but the front desk staff said my confirmation No. not confirmed in the
hotel reservation. They tried to call ur 24 hours customer service no.
and no answered form them. I cant stay in that hotel, and should paid
for Deposit USD 200 and SGD 400 to get a room. And... I had paid to your
agent fro the same room. (double paid). May you help me as soon as
possible to check this out, why this can be happen as i received your
hotel booking confirmation is ready on Oct 15, 2009.
It really
appreciated if you can contact directly to Peninsula hotel front office
desk as possible I on holiday and dont bring my laptop to go online and
check my mail.
Your urgently help is need in urgenty as I will check out on Oct 19, 2009.
