Sup Al..I was looking for you and was going to make sure you came back from Ohio safely. Good to know it's a little insomnia and nothing worse. I don't know of any herbal stuff, but a glass of warm milk or cottage cheese does wonders for people with sleeping issues. I believe in staying healthy!! My family history of heart desease, diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol inspires me to get up and work it out 5 days a week, make better food choices and have a healthier life style. People do not realize that all those things can be prevented or controlled with diet and excersice.
