On Saturday, October 18, 2008, H.E.A.T. raced in the 3rd annual Wal-Mart Miracle Challenge, benefiting the Roanoke-Lynchburg Children’s Miracle Network. This mini Grand Prix-style racing event took place at the Motor Mile Speedway in Radford, Virginia. This event was fun for the whole family—the children seemed to espe...cially enjoy sitting in the H.E.A.T. Race Car!
H.E.A.T. wants you to help eliminate auto theft in Virginia. During the five-year period 1987 to 1991, motor vehicle theft in Virginia increased 42 percent, reaching an all-time high of 21,284 thefts. This meant an economic loss of nearly $149 million to taxpayers in 1991 alone.
