Michelle LavinHi..I am still trying to get into the order tracking button on the site. You replied last week and said the engineers were working on it but it's still not available. The reason I'm trying to get in is i'm still waiting for one item out of my order - I received three of the items weeks ago and there was a note on the ...invoice saying the fourth item was to follow. However its still not here and the site says 'order completed'. I have paid for this item. Please advise asap.
