Presentations will be made by The Haliburton Arts Council, The Rail's End Gallery, The Agnes Jamieson Gallery and Th...e Art Hive. This is a great oppourtunity to see what the Haliburton Highlands has to offer you as an emerging artist in the community.

Sign up your pumpkin carving team outside the bookstore, and get ready to create your collaborative Halloween masterpiece! Free pizza lunch is provided by the SA so don't be late -- the festivities start at 12 noon.

The Haliburton School of The Arts, Fleming College is pleased to present The Rites of Spring, the annual art show and sale hosted by current students in the full-time diploma and certificate programs. This one day exhibition will take place from 10am-4pm on Saturday April 18 at Fleming College’s Haliburton Campus.
The R...ites of Spring is a wonderful opportunity for developing artists to gain exhibition experience and showcase their many talents. Visitors will be amazed by the vibrant tapestry of the arts found on display and within the college. Many students who attend Haliburton School of The Arts have come from outside of Haliburton County to study at Fleming College and this exhibition provides members of the Haliburton community an opportunity to view new works by new artists. Artists will be available to discuss their works and answer any questions.
This exhibition is a student-based initiative featuring a variety of media showcasing the talents of our winter semester students. Some of the media represented include jewellery, art glass, sculpture, painting, drawing, and mixed media. Some works will be available for purchase. Please join us for light refreshments as well as the chance to explore the unique and inspiring space that is the Haliburton School of the Arts. This event is free and open to the public

Haliburton School of the Arts will be featuring the work of four of its graduates at the 2009 Spring One of a Kind Show. Artists Elisha Barlow (Fibre Arts), Kathleen-Atkinson-Hindle (Artist Blacksmith and Jewllery Arts), Rob Viscardis (Photo Arts) and Brain Wilson (Visual Arts Foundation) can be found at booth #K24 in ...the Craft Schools of Canada Section of the show. Come view our graduate's distinct collections and speak to the artist's about their individual learning experience at HSTA. There are over 450 artisans exhibiting at this years show -- so there is lots to see and to be inspired by!
