Like Chris Edwards, forces personal like you have a chip on their shoulder with the general public and should be thrown out of the force altogether for your attitude. When people like you cast judgements on civilians like you have, why should anyone support assh...oles like you. Leon Shrigley Also, my comments were not aimed at all Marines or service personal......just the guys who have sent me abusive mails, including one mail which mocks my dead sister who died in May 2002 aged 26. She was 26 and a friend of Chris Edwards sent me a mail not only mocking her death but calling her a drain on society because she was mentally handicapped.

Can Sean Sheney Matthews actually read or not. Or maybe he is ignorant and happens to be one of Chris Edwards friends, trying to drum up support. If you had read properly you will have noticed that one of my best mates is in the Royal Marines and that not only did I send food parcels over to Afghan when he was there.
I ...also raised money for the charity 'Help the Heroes'. So who the hell are you to point the finger Matthews. How about you learn to read properly before getting your wires totally crossed and making a fool of yourself.

I assume he is a family member of Chris Edwards, the Marine who has sent me abusive messages. But below is what William Edwards-Fin wrote to me regarding my sister who died on May 11 th 2002. This why I won't show Marines like this any respect. My sister was severely handicapped and this guy has the nerve to mock her a...nd then call me abusive names.
I called you a hippy not because of what job you do but because you need a hair cut and you have fuck all respect for people that put their lives on the line for the security of this country. I guess wiping arses all day suits a cunt like you, and I'm glad your sister croaked. The last thing we need in the recession is another drain on society. So fuck you too :-)

Oh and also for the record, Chris Edwards said during a game of attack that he would tear me limb from limb and would like to meet me so he could batter me. Also Dan Button mentions further down that he thinks I deserve a good shoeing. Thats why I called these particular Marines cowards, for picking on those with no mi...litary training in what would clearly not be a level playing field.
So I felt that Chris Edwards was being a poor cowardly excuse for a Marine, he'd rather pick on people that cannot fight back and bully people. Now correct me if I am wrong, but I dont think that those are the traditional values of a Royal Marine.....being a bully.

We should I trust that we are doing the right thing when our policians can steal tax payers money and make you pay for their mistakes with the economy. If that were ordinary people, they would end up in prison for ...fraud....and thats who the Royal Marines take orders from. So I am supposed to lick a Marines jackboot for forcing democracy on muslim people.
Leon Shrigley I have to lick their boots because they are fighting the Taleban due to this Governments policy. We consider ourselves the righteous and therefore are fighting to force western democracy onto muslim people. Who are we to force countries into having our way of life.....muslims have their way of life, we have ours, who are we to say whats right and whats wrong.

And yet guys like Dan Button and Chris Edwards wonder why theydon't have full support......thats why!!! I work in the care sector, making a difference to peoples lives who are less fortunate than them.....and I am told I have to lick their boots.
Leon Shrigley I never said I hated marines, I supported my mate by sending food parcels. What I hate is Marines like Chris Edwards who makes out the world owes him something. They are people in the UK who work very long hours for peanuts such as nurses, police officers and fire services......what makes their work any less important ...or dangerous. Chris is one of those Marines who is consumed by his own self importance.

Chris is a typical arrogant Marine who likes to belittle people by calling them kid.....and being incredibly patronising. And then the irony is he comes onto this board ...labelling me as a hater of Marines, well can anyone really blame me when a Marine with an arrogant attitude tries to make civilians look small just because they aren't doing a job he signed up to do.
