The National Civil War Museum Author James Hessler is coming to the Museum on Sunday, November 8 for a book signing and presentation on his book, Sickles At Gettysburg: The Controversial Civil War General Who Committed Murder, Abandoned Little Round Top and Declared Himself the Hero of Gettysburg. It was a fantastic evening - Duff delivers his fabulous cake and with a film crew in tow, Senator Webb delivers a great speech and the Mayor received two standing ovations for his service to the City!! The National Civil War Museum had a great opening last night! Over 100 people joined us for our exhibit opening reception to hear George Wunderlich speak...and he did not disappoint!
