We are excited to announce our next fine food and wine event. "Pinot Noir and the Influence of Terroir". Pinot Noir, the noble red grape variety of Burgundy and having enjoyed a surge of popularity in recent years in the U.S. is featured at this event.
Originally cultivated by Pre-Roman Empire Gauls in the general area ...of Burgundy, France, this grape has held a lofty reputation over the years as a favorite of wine connoisseurs around the world. It has also enjoyed a cult status among upstart winemakers and winery owners in just about every fine wine region in the world except the hotter climate zones. Long time fans of the grape believe that when cared for properly from budbreak to harvest, in the right place (terroir) this grape can deliver qualities uniquely apparent depending on where it is grown.
This exclusive dinner will pair Chef Morton's cuisine with featured pinots from three of the more well known wine regions it is grown in and one region (New Zealand) that has recently forced the wine world to take notice of itself.
$75.00 per person, excluding tax and gratuity.
Calling all fans of Pinot Noir!
