By thinking big, Riverfr...ont Recapture and Goodwin College are transforming both banks of the Connecticut River – in ways no one would have imagined.

These two organizations have taken the lead in urban riverfront renewal. Riverfront Recapture has developed beautiful parks and reconnected the community to a once inaccessible riverfront; Goodwin College has transformed a contaminated site filled with oil tanks into a state-of-the-art college campus.

And as impressive as these accomplishments are, neither organization’s work is done… Big Mo’ 2009 will give you a sneak preview of even more
exciting plans for the Goodwin College River Campus site and Riverfront Recapture’s Riverwalk South, which will include a connection to the historic Coltsville project.
