Haywood County Board of REALTORS Our Association, which is an owner of the North Carolina Mountains MLS is pleased that our GE Lockbox and key upgrade conversion will take place on December 7th at the Waynesville Country Club. We are offering this huge technology upgrade at no cost to our members!!
Haywood County Board of REALTORS Haywood County has seen an increase in sales for both July and August compared to last year. While we are not setting any sales records.... it is comforting to see the positive sign when we run the monthly reports. Returning from our state Realtor convention we also heard from other agents and Associations that there was positive movement in their markets as well.
Haywood County Board of REALTORS HCBOR has the most amazing membership and our association is involved in so many community projects. Today members are participating in United Way's Day of Caring. We just finished helping with a Habitat Build and of course the blood drive last month. In September and October don't forget to donate your gently used coats and sweaters for our Warm & Wooly Coat Drive.
