State Health Plan Getting Back on Track-WUNC-FM (Chapel Hill)-HPM alum Mona Moon quoted.
Officials from the State Health Plan say the plan's fiscal health is on
the mend. Seven months after the General Assembly infused some $250
million into the plan, Chief Financial Officer Mona Moon says the plan
is mostly on track. S...he says it's running about $32 million behind, but
she says that's a shortfall that can be covered by reserve funds.
