whenever I get upset or lonley or, well I guess I should face it any negatie emotion causes me to eat. This si so recent to me, I just turned 50 and I have always stayed the same wieght, up until 47, then boom--15 lbs.

Wouldn't want to run barefoot myself, but I really find the hypothesis interesting... read about barefoot running and prehistoric hunting... the author makes a good case.
