I would be interested in any constructive feedback you have to give.

I think the biggest reason is regardless of culture, across the board, people don't know.

Then people say, "We don't do that in our culture." In fact, everyone says this, including whites, they just say, "People don't do it."

Then people do not understand the critical need and the shortages that affect certain communities disproportionately. Black people, like everyone else, do not understand the direct involvement ethnicity plays....... 詳全文

Then they buy into myths about the process.

Then they don't know how to register.

Then it's always someone else problem.

You can slightly reshuffle these views, but they are the most commonplace, and they all work together to compound the problem.

With a little conversation and education amongst each other, we can beat this. First we have to believe we can.
