HighGlow Music

Hello everyone,

my apologies for not posting any mixes for the last months but I have been extremely busy with my professional and personal work and I barely had any time for myself. A lot of new things are, and will be, happening soon in my life (more on this in the upcoming months), and even though this is a great thing for me it affects HighGlow in such way that I will not be able to be posting mixes monthly anymore. I have even reached to the point where I was considering to completely stop running this Blog, but my love for this music and my small fan base makes me not to consider this yet.

So, HighGlow Music will still remain active but I will only be posting mixes whenever I do get the free time, instead of monthly ones. This will also affect the creation of any CUE files, original cover art and any wallpapers.

I suggest that you subscribe to the iTunes Podcast, to the RSS Feeds, to the Mailing List or to the Official Facebook Fan Page for receiving instant updates and notifications whenever a new release is available.

Hello everyone.

My apologies for being really late for this month but work has left me with almost no time to devote for HighGlow. Is a shame since I have so many ideas for my music but since is just a hobby I need to be focusing on my priorities instead. Anyway, even though we are just a few hours before the end of the month I still managed to deliver you May’s mix along with a very nice guest mix. This time both mixes include some fresh and very recent productions in Trance to deliver a very melodic summery vibe to help you enjoy the start of the summer season of 2009 even more.

My mix for this release is a smooth blend of some progressive elements that leads to some more melodic vibes and a few vocals. Is not too fast, not too uplifting, but just right to enjoy while driving down to the beach or before going for a night out.

‘Waves’ – Part 02 – Guest mix by Chris Richardson

Chris Richardson is not a new name for HighGlow since this is his second guest mix he made exclusive for us. Following his great guest mix he did for ‘Release’ he is now back to bring you some fresh productions that will get you into the right clubbing mood for this summer. He starts very melodic, full with vocals and leads to much more uplifting vibes, throwing in a few remakes of some great classics making this another great guest mix. I’m a bit late with this month’s release but I can assure you it was all worth it. What can I say, this release is definitely one of my favourite ones. The concept, the selections, the artwork, the guest mix… everything about it I’m very well pleased and proud of.

‘Be Angeled’ is a two parts mix delivering some of the latest forward-thinking productions in melodic and progressive Trance music along with a special guest mix from a very well respected DJ and producer in the industry. And it couldn’t be at a better timing with the sun now shining and the 2009 summer season about to start.

‘Be Angeled’ – Part 02 – Guest mix by DJ Eco

This month’s guest mix is from one talanted DJ and Producer who’s latest work has been on the top 10 charts of many famous DJs around the globe. I too have been a big fan of his work and I’m very grateful that he managed to spent some time from his busy schedule to make an exclusive guest mix for HighGlow Music.

American producer DJ Eco has put out a range of tunes from 2008’s “Tonight Is Forever”, 2007’s “Light At The End”, and his most recent tunes “Lost Angeles” and “American Blues”. Heavily supported by the likes of Armin Van Buuren, Tiesto, Ferry Corsten, among many others, his signature style of emotional melody-driven trance has been quickly on the rise. One of the breakthrough producers of 2008/2009, he has joined the ranks of a rising group of young rebelling producers by putting out forward-thinking progressive trance music.

His guest mix is an energetic and melodic blend of Trance music, defining Eco’s unique style and including some exclusive releases of his own productions. I thank DJ Eco for such a great mix and I hope you all enjoy his music as much as I do.
