Have you ever wanted to create your own rocket? You can and it's easy! Outreach science educator Jason Lindsey shows you how carbon dioxide gas builds up so much pressure it can forcibly launch a film canister lid into the air. ...

I get film cannisters from a local camera store. The clear ones work better than the dark ones as the lid inserts inside the canister rather than snapping on tight over a lip.

There are lesson plans, activities & so much more from what I can see.

It depends a lot on what you consider homeschooling!
You should probably start by reading books about different homeschooling philosophies and different learning and teaching styles.
At 3 & 4 my dd wanted workbooks and at 5 & 6 she wanted none! She was homeschooling just the same. She's always learning, but it doesn't always look like she is!
