I thought this stuff was just for endurance athletes, but at a recent rock climbing trip, I was struggling with two difficult routes which I had been working on for days. One morning I decided to empty a pack of HJ into my 1-liter water bottle and chug the stuff down. I miraculously sent the first route in one go. Seeing I had this newfound power, I went to the next crag and what do you know, I finished the second route too! I was blown away. Gimme more!

Learned about the Juice on the Zen and the Art of Triathlon podcast. Started using it on my long runs and rides. THis stuff is killer. Nothing like coming home from a three hour ride and then running around the house like you haven't gotten your workout it!

Hornet Juice does wonders for me in my daily regimen. I have days consisting of stacked activities such as weight lifting, submission wrestling and rock climbing, combined with conditioning training and I really feel the effect during training.

I've experienced the effect during handball matches, long distance swimming, hikes and more.

The most obvious effect though is during restitution, where my DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) significantly decreases.

I recommend HJ to any athlete who strives for that extra edge in training and competition.
