East London production studio House Of Strange showcase some of its latest offerings in a new venue. Their previous nights have debuted many notable young artists such as Emmy The Great and Noah & The Whale, Mumford and Sons. The night will feature Original films, leaf blower powered conf...etti machines, gigantic smoke ring canons, drill enhanced sparklers and a live performance by The House of Strange Band featuring artist who have recorded @ the house from Emmy the Great, Clockwork Quartet, Jeremy Warmsley, Captain Strange, Akira, Tawny Owl, Summer Holiday, Pengilly's, The Woe Betides and many more.
The studio, led by creative director Ash Gardner, is known for its dreamlike, youthful and unsophisticated style inspired by Michel Gondry, Hayao Myizaki, The Flaming Lips, MGMT, They Might Be Giants, and Daniel Johnston.
*strobe lights, and multi-phonic speakers in use. participants should expect to be temporarily disorientated.
