Houston Restaurant Week We are now adding up the totals from the 84 participating restaurants in HRW 2009. I hope we make our goal of raising $100,000 for the Houston Food Bank! We will announce the total raised on Oct. 5th at a check presentation party. Keep your fingers crossed! I will be sure to post the total here. So stay tuned!

Houston Restaurant Week founder & chair, Cleverley Stone, announced today on Fox 26 Morning News that 52 restaurants will extend the city-wide dining event through August 31.
The 52 restaurants will continue to serve their special 3-course gourmet dinners for $35 pp and will donate $5 from each meal sold to the Houston Food Bank.
