Cinema Arts Festival Houston is a multimedia film and arts festival. Born from the vision of Houston Mayor Bill White, the annual five-day festival, held in November (Nov. 11-15, 2009), showcases films by and about artists of all stripes, shown not only in traditional theatrical venues but also via interactive video installations, live multi-media performances, and outdoor projections.
