City of Howell, Michigan Howell Citizen’s Academy - Ever want to know how your local government works? The City is offering an inside look through an 8-week session on what we do and how we do it. The Academy is scheduled to run on Thursday evenings from 6:30 – 9:30 p.m. beginning in March. Applications to attend the academy are available on...-line at www.cityofhowell.org, as well as City Hall, 611 E. Grand River. The deadline for the application is February 20, 2010.
