Stevens County Library, Hugoton, Kansas, USA Recipe Swap Luncheon is Friday at 11:00am. We are expecting 31 yummy recipes to sample. If you submitted a recipe, bring your dish to the SCL any time tomorrow morning. Everyone who submitted a recipe is invited to the luncheon and will receive a free cookbook. Additional cookbooks are available for $5.00 each.
