If anyone is interested in a book recommendation, we'd like to announce the release of Locally Delicious: Recipes and Resources for Eating on the North Coast which will be available in stores this week.
Locally Delicious was created and compiled by the Humboldt County Heirloom Tomatoes, a group of women interested in... promoting the good food available to us. The book covers history and issues surrounding local food production as well as reasons to eat local and how to do so on a budget. Photos are by Chris Wisner (the photographer from CAFF's annual calendar, Farm to Table). Check the Locally Delicious website and read it yourself... or give it as a gift:) http://www.locally-delicious.org/index.p hp
