Gordon Grant I just had the best customer experience with I See Me. Rather than putting my granddaughters' last names on two Christmas orders, I was an idiot and put my last name down. I know - what was I thinking? I noticed it today after they were on their way via UPS. I emailed Mindy and she said they were sending replacement...s at NO charge even though it was my fault and I offered to pay. This company is all about providing EXCELLENT customer service. WOW!
