Awesome guys, thanks heaps for the congrats, I'm absolutely stoked. Super proud of Tristan and Nick too, they are our first dudes to be Blue Belts under Matt Jones & Luke Beston (don't normally refer to myseflf in the third person but one of the guys asked me who the belts are from).
Good to see the ISOHEALTH page active again too.

Hey I have to express my major apologies as I think I may have accidently deleted a bunch of the videos of the page the other day but it appears they are back up so that's great to see.
Also, only 14 days till Royce is here, how awesome is that!!!!!!

Yeah that's really sad, I mean I don't know Helio but I'm sad for Royce & Royler and the rest of their brothers who lost a dad, I know they were a close family. I've passed on our codolances to Luke, Angela and Karmen (Helio was Angela's Great Uncle).
There's no question about the amazing contribution Helio made to the martial arts, I think that martial arts have evolved more in the last decade or so (with the Gracie's bringing GJJ to the world) than in the 100's of years prior.
