Anyone needing any computer help should definately call Monte McCall at FatGeek Computer. My laptop is so essential to my life. I'm so dependent upon it, and when it broke I became very frustrated. I called a few businesses and after talking to Monte, I decided to take it to him. I'm so glad I did. He was able to fix the probem, was very quick, and so reasonably priced. Monte is amazing. He found that the unit I was trying to use to calibrate my monitor was the problem, not operator error. He got the company to send me a new calibrator and installed it. All you artists, this is the guy you need to call when you have problems. He not only knows computers but the artistic mind and the programs we use when we are working on a project, wether it be reference photos for a portrait or just a new screen save. It was nice that he brought Maddie with him when he came last time as I was going through Grand baby withdrawl. She was a cute little model.

Oh My Goodness! FANTASTIC service! My disc drive was not working and Fatgeek very quickly fixed my problem! I was freaked out about loosing valuable pictures and videos because I could not burn them onto a disc. Now with my disc drive fixed I can get everything backed up and have no worries - Thanks to Fatgeek! Anytime I have a computer problem or question I will call Fatgeek! I am pretty tech savy myself but when I built my latest PC it kept crashing on me and I could not figure it out. Fatgeek was able to walk me through the fix over the phone in minutes. I ran a number of crash test programs and have not had an issue since. I will definitely be a repeat customer. I am getting ready to do the remote backup on their custom backup server. We use the computer to run a Photography bussiness and we don't want to risk loosing any data.

My laptop had tons of issues requiring a reformat and reinstall of windows. The problem was I didn’t have the windows backup disks that come with all new computers. This wasn’t a problem for FatGeek he was able to make my computer faster and better then it was when I got it.
