Italian American Reconciliation
A Folktale by John Patrick Shanley

Directed by Tracy Liz Miller

John Patrick Shanley's play explores five characters caught in the change of heart and spirit that reconciliation requires. Huey has resolved to reclaim his manhood from his volatile ex-wife, Janice, at the expense of his current relationship with girl-next-door Teresa. Huey's loyal but intractable best friend, Aldo, has his own ideas about Huey's relationships and will go to great lengths to help his friend. Appearing at first glance as a romantic comedy, Italian American Reconciliation gives way to a more encompassing tale of friendship, redemption and the capacity to love.
